1. My Order

  • Has my order shipped?
     
    • As soon as we have shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a link to a page where you can track your shipment.
       
  • How can I change the number of items in my shopping cart?
     
    • By clicking on the shopping cart symbol (top right), you can not only see what items you have selected so far, but also change the quantity of each item you would like to purchase. You are able to do this at any point before you check out.
       

2. My Account

  • How do I register for an account?
     
    • In the menu at the top of the website, you can click on “Register”. Fill in the information requested and click the button at the bottom of the page marked “Register”. Once submitted, you will receive a confirmation email with a verification link.

      After you have verified that you have created the account, you will be able to log in by going to the “Login” tab in the menu at the top of the website.

      By having an account, you will be able to check on the status of your orders and edit your profile.
       
  • How can I edit my account information?
     
    • Log in to your account. There, you will have an option to update your profile.
       
  • What if I forgot my password
     
    • If you have forgotten your password, you can click on “Password Forgotten” under the “Login” button on the “Login” page and a new one will be generated and sent to you via email to the address that you provided in your profile.
       

3. Shipping and Billing

  • Do you ship to my country?
     
    • i. Currently our online store is only available to customers and companies based in Germany. If you would like to order from outside of Germany, please contact us directly at:

  • What is the cost for shipping within Germany?
     
    • If your order totals 100 euros or more, there is no cost for shipping or handling. If it is less than 100 euros, there is a cost of 9.90 euros.

      If you are wanting to ship to a country other than Germany, please contact us directly.
       
  • What payment options do you offer?
     
    • We accept the following:
      1. Credit Card (Mastercard or Visa only)
      2. Paypal
      3. Bank Transfer
